What is bone inlay and how is it made?−
Bone inlay is an ancient Indian craft where small pieces of natural camel or buffalo bone are hand-cut into shapes and individually set into wood or MDF using resin filler. Each piece takes artisans days to complete. No two pieces are exactly alike — natural variation is the signature of genuine handmade work.
Is bone inlay ethically sourced?+
Yes. We use bone sourced as a by-product of the food industry — no animals are harmed solely for their bone. We are fully committed to ethical and responsible sourcing throughout our supply chain.
Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?+
Every RB Artisan product is 100% handmade. Natural slight variations in pattern, colour, and finish are completely normal — they are the mark of genuine craftsmanship, not a defect. Screen colour calibration can also affect how colours appear online vs in person.
How do I care for bone inlay and resin products?+
Clean with a slightly damp soft cloth only. Avoid soaking in water, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaners. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. For furniture, a light beeswax polish monthly keeps wood looking fresh.

Standard items: 7–15 business days. Custom orders: 15–30 business days. Exact timelines always confirmed before order.
Payment & Samples
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, Wise, Western Union, and Letter of Credit for large orders. We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, and AED.
What are the payment terms?+
50% deposit before production. 50% balance before shipment. Samples: 100% upfront. Long-term partners may qualify for flexible terms.
How does the sample process work?+
You pay for sample + shipping. We handcraft and dispatch it. You approve. Sample cost adjusted against bulk order. Bulk production only begins after your written approval.
Can I cancel my order?+
Cancellation allowed before production begins — 10% admin fee applies. Once production starts, deposit is non-refundable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after production commences.
