Quality
Every order is individually inspected before packing. Photos and videos shared with buyer for final approval before dispatch.
Bulk production only begins after you have physically approved the sample. This guarantees the final product matches your expectations exactly.
All pieces in a bulk order are checked for size consistency and finish quality. Minor natural variations inherent to handmade products are expected and disclosed.
As all products are 100% handmade, slight natural variations in pattern, colour tone, and finish are not considered defects. This is disclosed to all buyers upfront.
We pack every order securely with bubble wrap and double-wall cartons. In the rare event of transit damage, photographic evidence must be provided within 48 hours of receipt.
Confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage (with evidence) are replaced or credited in the next order. We stand behind every product we make.
Legal
All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment. Verbal or written discussions prior to deposit payment do not constitute a binding order. RB Artisan reserves the right to adjust pricing for orders not confirmed within 30 days of quotation.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to a 10% administrative fee on the deposit. Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Custom or private label orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced under any circumstances.
All designs created exclusively for a buyer remain the intellectual property of that buyer upon full payment. RB Artisan retains the right to produce and sell standard catalogue designs to any other buyer. Custom designs are kept strictly confidential and not shared with competitors.
Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects or items significantly different from the approved sample. Photographic evidence must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are not accepted for natural handmade variations, colour differences due to screen calibration, or buyer preference changes after order confirmation.
RB Artisan treats all buyer information, pricing, designs, and business discussions as strictly confidential. We do not share buyer details, designs, or order information with any third party without explicit written consent.
All trade agreements between RB Artisan and international buyers are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration under Indian law.
RB Artisan shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, port closures, or global supply chain disruptions. We will notify buyers promptly of any such delays.
